We are a group of lifters who enjoy competing in Powerlifting. We call ourselves West Michigan Power because the team originally formed in Grand Rapids, MI. However, membership is open to all lifters in Michigan. Our members include beginners, as well as State, National, and World Champions.

The best place to learn more about West Michigan Power is via our forum. You can review workout logs, catch up on current news, and give & receive advice (you do not have to be a member to use our forum). MEMBERSHIP

Membership criteria includes:

You must live or work in Michigan

You must be a serious Powerlifter

You squat, bench press or deadlift
You compete, or plan to compete

We strongly encourage participation on the Forum

In order to promote the team concept we ask that
you keep a workout log on the forum

Dues are $25.00 per quarter ($100.00 per year)
